Terms and Conditions

This agreement applies as between you, the User of this website, eMatrix CPD for Mortgage Brokers and eMatrix, the owner(s) of eMatrix CPD for Mortgage Brokers.  By purchasing a CPD course from eMatrix, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are governed by Australian law.

1. Eligibility and Access

  • 1.1. Individual Enrolments: CPD courses purchased for individual use are intended for the sole use of the registered participant. Login details and access to course materials must not be shared. Violation of this condition may result in suspension of access without refund.
  • 1.2. Multiple User Enrolments: For group enrolments, each individual must be registered with their own unique login details. Access is non-transferable and intended only for the designated individuals.
  • 1.3. eMatrix reserves the right to suspend or revoke access if misuse or unauthorised sharing is detected.

2. Payment and Pricing

  • 2.1. All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
  • 2.2. Payment for individual enrolments is required in full at the time of purchase.
  • 2.3. For multiple user enrolments, payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of purchase. Access will not be granted until payment is received in full unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

  • 3.  Refund Policy

    • 3.1. A full refund is available within 14 days of purchase for individual and group enrolments, provided no participant has logged into the student portal.
    • 3.2. Due to the online nature of the courses, no refunds will be granted once the course has been accessed by any participant.
    • 3.3. To request a refund, please contact eMatrix at broker-cpd@ematrix.au within the specified period

    4. Course Access and Use

    • 4.1. Individual Enrolments: Access to the CPD course is limited to the purchaser or the enrolled individual specified at the time of purchase.
    • 4.2. Multiple User Enrolments: For group purchases, the organisation must provide a list of individual participants for registration. Each participant will receive unique login credentials.
    • 4.3. Course content is for educational purposes only and must not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from eMatrix.

    5. Completion and Certification

    • 5.1. Course completion certificates are issued upon fulfilling the course requirements. For group enrolments, certificates will be issued individually to each participant who meets the completion criteria.
    • 5.2. It is the responsibility of the purchaser or organisation to ensure the course meets relevant CPD requirements.

    6. Liability and Disclaimers

    • 6.1. eMatrix provides CPD courses in good faith and strives to ensure content accuracy and relevance. However, no guarantees are made regarding the applicability of the course to specific professional or legal standards.
    • 6.2. eMatrix is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of or reliance on course content.

    7. Privacy and Data Protection

    • 7.1. eMatrix is committed to protecting your privacy and complies with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
    • 7.2. Personal information provided during the purchase and enrolment process is stored securely through LearnWorlds, our learning platform provider, and is managed in line with their Privacy Policy. For more information on how your data is stored and used, please refer to LearnWorlds’ privacy policy directly.

    8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

    • 8.1. eMatrix reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be published on our website, and continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
